Goody Clancy Projects News

Goody Clancy is currently working on the comprehensive exterior envelope restoration of the Conrad B. Duberstein U.S. Bankruptcy Courthouse in Brooklyn, NY.

Originally constructed in the 1890s with an addition in the 1930s, this Romanesque Revival building is an icon of federal architecture at the turn of the 20th century. The restoration work includes extensive repair and replacement of terra cotta facades, repair of granite facades, repair of wood windows, and replacement of the slate roof and lead coated copper gutters.  The building and this restoration project is being managed by the U.S. General Services Administration. The team includes Goody Clancy, Robert Silman Associates, Vertical Access, Jablonski Building Conservation, James Rhodes, Nicholson and Galloway, Bovis Lend Lease, and Superstructures.
