While they may not be new to our office, we’re excited to officially introduce them as the newest members of the Goody Clancy team.
Destery joins us as HR Manager, a vital new role at Goody Clancy focused on strengthening our culture and supporting our people. With deep HR expertise and a refreshingly down-to-earth mindset, she will help advance key initiatives—from expanding DEI efforts to refining professional development programs—ensuring every team member has the resources they need to thrive.
Isabel joins us as Marketing Coordinator, bringing with her a positive mindset, natural curiosity about the AEC industry, and an eagerness to learn. She contributes to a variety of marketing and firm-wide initiatives, helping to craft compelling content, support brand storytelling, and keep marketing efforts organized and effective.
A current architecture student at Northeastern University, Isabella joins us as our newest Designer Co-op. We value the fresh ideas and new perspectives that co-op students bring to our firm and look forward to engaging Bella on various projects.
Joining our team as Office Coordinator, Keiko infuses her role with a deep appreciation for design and a talent for keeping things running smoothly. With experience across various industries, she brings creative ideas and smart solutions that enhance daily operations and support the team behind the scenes.
Pelin and Karyna join our team as project accountants, bringing sharp attention to detail and experience in managing complex billing and financial planning projects. They help ensure our creative visions align with strong fiscal stewardship, keeping projects on track and budgets in check.
Rachel joins our team as an Architectural Designer. Passionate about sustainable design, she is especially interested in adaptive reuse and how existing buildings can be reimagined to enhance environmental performance and human experiences.
As our newest Associate, Tyler brings a passion for educational and sustainable design. Inspired by his high school’s transformation, he pursued architecture to create meaningful learning environments. Since joining the team, he has made significant contributions to projects at Boston College and SUNY Stony Brook.
