Lusha’s architectural journey began with a deep love for the arts, languages, and math. Initially envisioning a career centered on languages, her path shifted during her first architectural history class when she discovered how architecture communicates the essence of a place and its culture. This revelation, combined with a transformative year at the École Spéciale d'Architecture in Paris, solidified her passion for the field.
Lusha brings a strong dedication to design excellence and great skill managing large, complex projects. Before joining Goody Clancy, she contributed to notable international projects, including leading the design coordination and construction administration of “The Crystal” at Raffles City Chongqing in China. For Lusha, the most rewarding part of her work is witnessing a building’s impact on its community and building relationships with clients, design teams, and contractors.
Outside of work, Lusha loves to travel, experiment with new dessert recipes, and explore cultures through their language, architecture, people, and food.
