Sam’s passion for art and architecture took root in high school, where she embraced architectural and engineering classes. With a rich tapestry of experiences spanning architectural, construction management, and interior design roles for firms in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area, Sam has honed a versatile skill set she is eager to apply to her work at Goody Clancy.
In every project, Sam is driven by her desire to create human-centered, sustainable design solutions. She believes in the architect's responsibility to interpret human emotions and behaviors, translating them built environments that strike a delicate balance between creativity and technicality. Her design approach is much the same; she blends traditional artistry with digital tools, helping her to iterate design ideas quickly and develop creative solutions.
Having completed a Master of Architecture at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Sam is well on her way to becoming a licensed Architect—a goal she aims to achieve in the near feature.
