Tyler’s fascination with architecture began during his teenage years as he watched his high school campus undergo a significant transformation. Experiencing the design process firsthand sparked his passion for creating spaces that bring people together and enrich communities.
His commitment to sustainable design was shaped by his first professional project—a net-zero elementary school—which deepened his desire to design buildings that positively impact both people and planet. Tyler finds great fulfillment in long-term projects, valuing the moment when years of planning culminate in spaces that have meaningful impact on their communities.
Tyler first connected with Goody Clancy while practicing architecture in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he admired the firm’s work at the University of Virginia. After relocating to Boston, he joined the team and has since contributed to impactful projects at Boston College and SUNY Stony Brook.
Off the clock, Tyler is often found on the soccer pitch, channeling his energy and teamwork into the game he loves.
